No, all purchases are non-refundable once made. Please ensure you’re committed before placing an order.
What happens if the groupbuy doesn’t reach the highest tier?
You’ll still receive a valid voucher based on the final tier achieved. The value may be lower than the top tier, but your voucher remains redeemable.
